White queen slide

Poor visibility and cloudy at summit 2078m clear below 1500m

40 cms of settled storm snow on earlier rain crust with 10 cms of fresh snow. Wind loading creating deep pockets with thinner snow on wind affected aspects.

Skiing along the treeline on left side of white queen avalanche path. Triggered small soft slab avalanche on a convex roll on the first bench approx 1700m. Party of 2 neither were caught in the slide. Lower elevations produced no activity. Will not allow me to upload pictures.
