Today we skied in Fraser chutes. The creek access through treeline has filled in nicely, making for fast travel conditions. There has been 10cm of new low-density snow with light winds in the past 36 hours which has greatly improved ski conditions. This new snow is bonding well to the previous wind-affected surfaces. There is still the possibility of triggering windslab buried beneath the new snow, especially on northern aspects.
