Fun bump up VRC. Beautiful start to the day, clouds and light snow drifted in around 1pm. Made for very flat light. VRC and Video are both very tracked. Untracked snow was heavy and supportive. Day old tracks were firm and crusted. Ridgetop snow was sugary and faceted. No signs of instability noted. Skintrack was well used and slippery, most parties opted for a boot pack halfway up final skin pitch to video peak. Good day out on the skins, pretty poor ski quality - largely due to vis.

Started cold and clear in the parking lot. Temperatures warmed a fair amount to near zero once we cleared the trees. Light snow and low cloud rolled in around 1 and was there for the duration. Almost no wind all day, light to moderate S/SW winds at ridgetop
