Powder valley mission

A good day in Powder valley! Conditions were quite mild in the area from the observations we made. The temperature was -5 max with the wind chill. No signs of recent avalanches or significant warming. The area received only a small amount of snow in the most recent storm. Under 15cm just enough to cover the trail in. Dug a pit at the top of a small chute found a consolidated snowpack of 150cm.
