Spent a night at Elizabeth Parker. Temps near zero for duration of trip, cloudy on 23rd, broken skies on 24th. Saw past natural releases out of large alpine features/couloirs along the approach in to lake O'Hara and in surrounding mountains. Could not see crown lines. Most slides seemed to run roughly midpath We skied 25° west facing fans NE of lake O'Hara trying to avoid larger terrain or overhead hazard. Ride quality was great. Dug pit on 24th at 2235m on the fan, full information in last photo. Abbreviated snowpack summary below HS 90 @ 2235m 4F layer 56cm 1cm thick suncrust, produced CTE6 and CTE8 resistant planer results.
