Sparrowhawk Walk

We bootpacked the lower slopes and put our skis on at 2250m. Ski crampons and bootpacking was useful on the hard icy slopes above. Fairly easy scrambling to the summit but some people might like an ice axe and crampons. At 1230 when we descended the top 1/3 was icy middle third was perfect corn. And the bottom was semi supportive. Took the south slope variation from Reeds tower and skied to 1900m then had to walk down. Road was in fairly good condition from canmore hill.
