Wind drifts and low visibility

The main change today was overnight winds creating huge drifts at treeline that made even flat terrain difficult to travel in! Low visibility and storm conditions continue at White Pass. With highway closures to the north and south we performed weather station maintenance and investigated the snowpack at treeline. There’s 160 cm in sheltered areas at Fraser with way more in the drifts!
