About 3-5 inches of of fresh snow overlying a crust layer with another 3-5 inches below. Still lots of exposed bushes/roots/logs. We didn’t make it all the way up the ridge. But it looked like there was plenty of exposed rocks up that way. Moderate wind, cloudy skies, and about -10 degrees Celsius near the top of the trail. No signs of recent avalanches. Did not feel any whumphs or see any cracks in the snow. Got a few good turns in, but overall still not ideal skiing conditions.
