Stayed in the Blackcomb backcountry for two days. Entered the backcountry via glacier express, skied down to Circle and Decker Lake and further down to Wedge Creek and ascended and descended Trory glacier towards the Trorey-Pattison col exited via Decker Disease col. A breakable crust on nearly all aspects. Heavy wet snow from rain overnight, even on the glacier on higher elevations. Very flat light and fog throughout. Wet loose natural release, east aspect, size 0.5 on Saturday in the afternoon. Pinwheeling and debris on all aspects in steep terrain. Debris of a size 2 North West aspect of decker on very steep terrain. 1.5m coverage on Trorey glacier, few open crevasses in steep terrain.
