Thar day in March

Expectations for snow quality after a week of sunny spring conditions were low and they were bang on. Sun crust had formed i many areas while other areas were hard ice which made touring up challenging. Large cornices were observed on Nak peak. Cloudy weather and negative temps made conditions very stable but skiing poor.
