Bring More Gas

Did not bring enough gas into Wolverine today. With the heightened danger in the alpine we rode trees in Wolverine, and the snow was ridiculous. Between 50 and 70 cm fresh from the last couple storms sitting on a dense base in the trees around the cabin and along the base of Albright Ridge. We dug down but had no reactions in the top meter plus of our pit. A couple layers in the storm snow but too light and no cohesion meant that even the most aggressive riding on small slopes and hills below Treeline didn’t have any releases. Didn’t get much of a view into the alpine as it was mostly socked in all day but would expect the snow to be much more wind affected up higher. We did our best but left so much amazing snow untouched. Wolverine definitely has the goods right now!
