Lots of small natural avalanches were observed on all aspects from accumulating storm snow throughout the day. We skied in dense and open trees from the ridge to the basin of ledge trees. The snow was delicious, but the trees dense. While looking for another line to ski, 1 member in the party triggered a size 1. Skier was not caught and able to ski into a safe zone with some other trees. Taking a few steps forward, skier trigger a .5 remote avalanche. We decided to bail on the area and ski a different location. We later focused on N / NE aspect trees and found deep stashes of powdery goodness.
