clear to start the day then clpuds rolled in and started to get windier and light snow started in afternoon

varible snow pack. obseserved wind scouring on windward side and windslabs at the ridge crests. lee side was deeper snow, depending how much wind got to it. Sheltered areas seem to have the nicest snow
