Test Profile at 2280m on NNW aspect of East col. Snow pack is right side up, with breaks in top 25cm of new storm snow. Notable is a change in density at 72cm down: there is a resistance change from 1 finger to 4 fingers and back to 1 finger below that. CTH27 resistant planar down 72: the layer was 2mm rimed stellars and decomposing fragments.
