Early season exploration up McGill. Winter up track is not in. Ascended via summer trail which was long and tedious. Sun came out to party a couple of times. No signs of instability. Put dug and snow failed at 27 hard down to the garbage layer about 47 cm down. Ski out was gnarly but not much gnarlier than usual. Great early season conditions and weather.
