Weather
Mostly cloudy skies with no wind. It was not snowing during my travels but ~3 inches of new snow had fallen during the mornings storm. No evidence of any wind transported snow.
Snowpack
The new snow amount of ~7cm was dry & fist hard (stellars). A <0.5cm melt-freeze crust was not quite 1F hardness. Facets to the ground with some rounding of grains.
