AM: OVC-, No wind, no blowing snow, suspected inversion PM: CLR, Light wind, no blowing snow, sheet of clouds spotted to the west

Snowpack

Found large, widespread surface hoar in the gully (W facing, 10000') at 10am Once on the NW ridge of Anvil, some small pockets of windboard were found in the trees (NW facing, 11000'-11400). Above treeline widespread windboard on W and NW aspects, the Money shot is still retaining soft snow. This was a typical San Juan Solar day, where the snowpack received a lot of heat

Observed on drive over RMP north to south, on the shoulder of Red 1: D2, R2, U, ATL, North Facing
