Solid freeze last night made things slow to warm up today. SE-S aspects softened at 1230 today. SE aspects NTL held in there today w/ only the top 15 cm's getting moist. Lower elevation SE-S aspects were moist to the ground this afternoon. Still supportable to skis but not to AF. W aspects didn't soften until after 1400 with only the top 10-15 cm's getting moist and stayed dry below that. Shallow weak areas like the Sunny Shoulders and Cocktail Shots were closed at 1500 as we entered a funicular regime. The rest of our terrain held in there with the top 10-15 cm's getting moist and staying dry below for now.
