Weather

Hot. Comfortable transitioning in t shirts at 13500'. Solid inversion freeze in the valleys. 19F at 7 am. Weak freeze up high.

Snowpack

Still winter snowpack on high protected n facing, everything else was mush by mid morning to mid afternoon depending on if it was soft snow or old wind slabs.

Avalanche

Noticed a few wet slabs in the eureka zone that started as point releases below rocks but stepped down and grew 100+ ft wide and ran to valley floor. NW facing slopes at 10k.
