Weather

Clear in the am. Clouds started rolling in around 1. Overcast and snowing at 3pm. Breezy but warm.

Snowpack

12-16” of new snow. Warming quickly with the sun and settling fast. N/NE aspect holding cold, dry snow. Under new snow is frozen and fast.

Avalanche

Saw a lot of dry loose slides in steep terrain. We skied S, N, NE, SE and didn’t have anything move while skiing. Saw some cornice fall that triggered small slides in the new snow. Nothing stepping down.
