10700' - NTL, West aspect Cold (Air temp. not obs.), OVC, S-1, Moderate W wind.

Snowpack

10700' - NTL, West aspect HS 120cm. Wind loading previous. Supportable mid-pack slab (Ski pen 20cm). LOC down 80cm from the surface 4-6mm DH, F- Hardness. Big contrast at the same site between this weekend and three weeks ago (see attached snowpit profile from 20210125). We now have an extra 35 - 40 cm HS and the mid-pack slab is propagating failures in the ECT.

Avalanche

Nokhu Crags area. North, BTL, 40 deg. test slope SS - ASc - R3 -D1 - O (failure down 80cm in Nov. facets). Reported by party in adjacent drainage.
