Weather
Another mild day above 12k for late Fall. A few high thin clouds accompanied by light winds out of the northwest.
Snowpack
A shallower and more wind effected snowpack exists amongst the Animas River corridor compared to other observations submitted in the northern San Juan. Varying depths of 30-80cm's were found on north and northwest aspects between 12-12,900ft. Generally, a weak combination of near surface facets, crust layers and well developed facets comprise the structure top to bottom.
