Weather
Mostly Broken cloud coverage increasing throughout the day with Light winds (warm desert breeze) and Moderate gusts on top of the plateau.
Snowpack
The snowpack consists almost entirely of the holiday storms snow. The Snotel reported 9.2 inches of snow water equivalence (SWE) in 9 days and field measurements confirm that number measuring around 8.1 inches of SWE in 107cm of snow in the storm snow with about 30cm of old snow at the bottom of the snowpack. In shaded meadows the bottom of the snowpack had about 10-20cm of well-developed facets 4F hard to 1F- hard on the hand hardness scale.
Avalanche
Some small sluffs on steep slopes directly below cliff bands.
