Sunny in the morning with light, high elevation clouds rolling in after noon. Cold start, around 5 degrees F in the morning, rising to low teens after the clouds came in. Very light wind from the SW increasing a bit in the afternoon - very few moderate gusts. Hoosier pass, SE aspect, 11,540 ft.
Snowpack
SE aspect, 11540 ft - A breakable wind crust 2-3 cm sits on top of the newly fallen snow on open slopes. Wind rippling visible in spots as well and west facing slopes above treeline remain scoured of most snow.
