Weather

Morning started clear, calm winds, temps single digits. Clouds began creeping back in with return of north-west flow.

Snowpack

Cement creek storm totals in the range of 15” + with deeper deposits from wind loading adjacent to ridge lines . Observed collapsing of snowpack near recently wind loaded features, minimal cracking isolated mostly to the new snow. Large cornice growth on many ridge lines from strong south/south-west winds.

Avalanche

Observed natural avalanches ATL in many areas. Most predominantly in the Georgia gulch. Avalanches appear to have released mid storm due to strong south-west winds overnight. HS-N-R2-D2-I/O
