Sunny and ~40deg, but 2 days after a heavy blizzard.

Snowpack

Observed 2 small avys on a N/NE slope right off the road during my run. Appeared to be natural from wind loading. I didn’t dig a pit, but the snow in my backyard about a mile down the road indicated a weak persistent layer with ~3cm crystals. Assuming this occurred within the last couple days.
