One. As we headed up the trail our path was blocked by slide debris. The slide had come from the slope above to the left, across the trail down into the river. It had started on a steep slope and ran down through open trees. It looked recent. We were amazed to see it, having walked that trail for many many years and never seeing anything like it. Of course, we turned around. This trail is managed by Pitkin Co Open Space. We have also reported this to them.
