Weather
Light periods of snow. Mild temperatures. Very little wind.
Snowpack
Digging on an east slope near treeline the snowpack was under a meter deep. Snowpack tests continue to fail on the ground, but hard failures and the above slab is losing cohesion. Digging on a southeast slope a mixture of crust and facets observed, but no failures in snowpack tests. Southeast slopes hold the Persistent Slab avalanche structure but are not reactive at this time. This would change with a large load.
Avalanche
A few small loose D1 sluffs from steep rocky terrain.
