While driving on the highway, strong winds were evident along the summit ridge of Mount Rundle. The slopes on the south side had been scoured clean an the snow was being transported over the summit ridge onto the north face terrain. This would potentially avalanche terrain features and affect ice climbs such as the Trophy Wall and The Professor Falls.
