Was a lot of blowing snow above the tree line. About 30 cms of powder. Too cloudy and snowing to see across the valleys. In the lower meadows the wind was not affecting the snow and was much deeper. Wind loading would have been an issue but we stayed away from any of those types of terrain due to the avalanche forecast.
