Weather
Sunny with clouds building in the north and south as the day went on. Strong SW winds on the ridge tops with wind loading on the N side.
Snowpack
Snow below ridge line on S face was about 3 inches on a firm crust. Snow was starting to get sun effected by 2 pm but skied nicely. Did not observe any signs of instability or pinwheel. By 3 pm snow at 8600ft was turning to isothermal mush.
