At 13500-14000’ east facing, 2-4” of new snow was poorly bonded to old dust covered melt/freeze crust. Created small storm slab that did not appear wind loaded.
Avalanche
Slide was triggered with ski cut at the top of the couloir after ascending the couloir, and ran the full length and most of the width of the couloir. A lot of old wet slide activity observed in basin/approach, but no new wet slides observed today.
