Weather

Low single digit temperature before windchill with a steady breeze the entire tour. Snow was definitely getting pushed around

Snowpack

I noticed a pretty substantial whooph/fracture on a S-SE facing wind loaded roller. Essentially the entire wind loaded section collapsed, but was too flat to move. This was right at the transition from at tree line to above tree line. I had jumped on a steeper pitch (same aspect), slightly lower into the near tree line band and there was no reaction.
