Continental Falls cabin- Sunny, partly cloudy, minimal wind

Avalanche

Continental Fall cabin- witnessed one avalanche off Crystal Peak (peak opposite the cabin door). South facing aspect, narrow chute, roughly at this approximate location 39.425256, -106.083267. The slide itself looked very wet and ran approximately 50 yards down the chute, approximately 10-15 feet wide and then fanned out at the base of the chute.
