Location: about half a mile NNW of Broome Hut, at treeline Aspect: SSE Elevation: 11,600 ft Small loose dry avalanche triggered when one skier in a party of 4 ventured out onto the ~29 degree slope. Avalanche started below the skier when he stomped his downslope ski. Crown depth less than 4 inches. Slide length approximately 200 feet.
