Beauty day, we rode up to the top of Summit Creek over the glacier and looped back down in the southernmost exit off the glacier. Snow at 1500m and above was 40cm deep powder from the recent storms, unaffected by wind and awesome riding. Warm calm sunny day, -5C in the alpine late afternoon. Extensive slope testing and impressive high marking by other sled parties earlier in the day and no recent avalanche activity to report. Some evidence of previous loose dry out of steep north aspects sz 1 from earlier in the storm. We saw some buried old debris from one larger size 2 on a North asp from cornice drop but nothing recent.
