Go where the sun shines!

Koko claims today we found about 10-20 cm of recent storm snow over the crust that was buried last week. Riding quality is getting better, but still not great. The only recent avalanches we saw were in the elk valley on the drive in and they appeared to be a day or two old. With no other signs of instability on our climb to the alpine, and minimal new snow or drifting, we skied a steep SE avalanche path and had fun turns, albeit kinda grabby.
