Little Sand better than expected

Skiing was excellent on fantastic snow quality at elevations below 1900m. 25cm of right side up on a supportive layer. Hand pit suggested the layer was thin and crumbly, snow above was adhering well. Wind slabs forming on upper layer above 1900 in open / alpine area. No signs of instability. Very foggy and hard to see when out of the trees.
