On the second run of the day, the first skier in the group triggered a size 2 as he skied near some trees (see picture). The skier was partially buried up to his torso with his head up. A skier from a different group who had been skiing a similar adjacent slope when the avalanche happened was able to help. Group size : 3 Partial burial : 1 People injured : 1
