Quick ski (mostly a walk) up to Viking Ridge meadows. Ended up boot packing up to 1200m due to hard packed trail and less than ideal skinning conditions. Had some lunch and got in a quick transceiver practise before skiing from 1400m back down to 1200m - about 4 inches on a crust.
