Warm day with light winds from the SW and sunny skies. Strong inversion in the morning was broken by afternoon.
Snowpack
Not much snow remains on the pass. Shady areas are holding about 10", but steep areas that face W-S-E have much less. Lone Tree bowl has coverage on northerly aspects, bare dirt on Southerly. HS appears to be about 6 inches with a lot of rocks and vegetation poking through. Hairpin bowl has a little better coverage with little vegetation visible. Southerly sides of the bowl are mostly melted out. Flatiron and the lower paths have patchy coverage 2-4". Clear skies, cool temps, and strong inversions have produced a thick layer of NSF's down to 7,500'. Sunny aspects/areas have a crust on them. Surface hoar was widespread in BTL areas, but disappeared higher up.
