Snowpack
Continued clouds and light snowfall have made for a gradual snowmelt in the Gothic, CO. The recent snowfall from the past week has either been sluffing or melting down, though there were a few surface slabs of 1 foot depth. No deep snowpack slides and it is possible that in this valley slopes could melt out instead of spring slide activity given the gradual pace of melt. Gothic down to 44". Temperatures generally upper 20's to mid 40's though the last 2 days were into the 50's. The best chance for slides would be the first day or two of clear weather, if we ever get that again. --Gothic weather available at http://rmbl.org/home/index.php?module=htmlpages&func=display&pid=91
