Some quite large cornice collapses in the Indians (also called Current Creek Cirque), sometime in the last 2 days. None of them triggered a slide. No other visible slides from where I was skiing.
6-12†of very nice snow for this time of year on top of a crust – near and below treeline. Deeper snow on west facing aspects than east facing aspects, interestingly enough.
