From Saturday at approximately 1 pm. Above the splains gulch road. 5 inches of large faceted crystals on ground with1.5-2 feet of dense slab over it and 5 inches of soft recent storm snow above that. On 1 short tour (500 vert?) saw 4 small d1 r1? Slides that had run in the last 24 hours. Aspect: ESE Angle: 34° Signs of Instability: Recent Avalanches, Shooting Cracks, Whoomphing, Hollow Sounding Snow
