Snowpack

Thin and mostly faceted with mostly discontinuous mid-pack slabs. The mid-pack was more continuous and supportive on previously wind-loaded slopes near and above treeline. Lots of "punchy" snow with breakable wind crusts near and above treeline and "trap doors" below treeline.
