Skies filled in during the afternoon, becoming overcast by mid-afternoon. Winds southerly and gusty. Snow plumes visible off some higher peaks.

Snowpack

HN24 8-15 cm; Maritime denisity (10%+) Settling fast; moist by early afternoon except on northerly slopes. Sitting on crusts that were supportable on skis, mostly supportable on foot.

Avalanche
