Cloud cover breaking up over the area, and quite a bit of sun shining through.

Snowpack

The new snow was settling quickly. Snow was moist on all but the shadiest northerly areas and was wet on the surface on S-W aspects. Seems like it will set up pretty good tonight if we have clear skies. Loose slides probably won't be much of an issue tomorrow, but we definitely have our slab now. No avalanches were observed on or near the pass.
