Temps at 1400 for elevation 12,700' - 38 deg. Winds W-WSW 15-25. Sky Few.

Snowpack

Isothermic at 0.6C from surface down to apprx 30cm with MFpc and MFsl mix, snow was moist to wet. 0C to -1C below this point to apprx 80cm with MFcl grains to RGsr, snow was dry to moist. Surface snow losing cohesion upon pressure from skis but still skiable in spots. Had lost cohesion in other spots near rocks and subtle aspect changes that were more southerly. Roller balls forming from moist "sluff" created from turns. Top 30cm at the "tipping" point at 1400 hrs.
