Snowpack

Most roadcuts had some activity from slide area few miles up the road from garfield to monarch pass. East-facing area on the west side of pass had two areas that slid close to end of storm. Trees on W-NW facing area east of pass have a much stronger mid-pack than last week. Storm snow has compressed into a fairly strong layer with the facets/garbage below. Last week had collapses/cracks everywhere in that terrain, and Thursday did not have one of either. 55"-60" of snow.
