partly cloudy, light west winds, snow on and off in am. Heavier snow in the afternoon, winds increasing from the west.
Snowpack
new storm snow on south about 30 cm deep, on a sun crust. Felt light and unconsolidated .
Avalanche
one slide on a south east aspect 30 cm deep, 4 meters wide and ran 4 meters to a bench. really soft slab. no other settlements or cracking. felt like the storm snow didn't slab up much.
